How
do I log in?
On the login page, enter your membership number and password
and select the Submit button. If you have not already
created a web profile, you will need to register your
web profile prior to proceeding to the "Home" page. Back

Do
I log in with my membership number?
The membership number used on IntervalWorld.com is the
same membership number that you were given in your original
membership kit from Interval International. If you can't
remember your membership ID, please contact Interval.

Why
am I having trouble logging in?
There are several reasons why you're login may fail:
Incorrect Membership Number - You
have entered your membership number incorrectly. Please
verify that your membership number is entered with the
correct numbers and try again. There should be no alphabetic
characters in the membership number.
Incorrect Password - You have entered
your password incorrectly. Please verify that your password
is entered correctly and try again.
No Web Profile - You have not yet
created a Web Profile.

How
do I log in if I have more than one membership number
with Interval?
If you have multiple memberships through Interval International,
you will need to log in separately for each membership.

How
do I "Log Out" of the system?
You can log out of the system at any time by selecting
the "Logout" link at the top of the screen. Once you've
logged out of the site, you can log in again by returning
to IntervalWorld.com.

much does a Web Registration cost?
IntervalWorld.com's Web Registration is included as a
member benefit at no charge to you.

How
do I create a Web Registration (My Profile)?
The first time you log in to the system, you will be asked
to enter your membership ID and telephone number. Once
your membership has been verified, the "Create My Interval
Profile" page will display. This page displays the account
information that Interval maintains for your membership
and requires you to provide the additional information
that Interval needs to complete your web profile.
If you wish to update any of your membership information,
such as your mailing address or telephone numbers, click
the Edit button and update your membership information.
Once you verify that of your membership information
is correct and complete, scroll down to the Web Profile
section.
In the Web Profile section, enter your first and last
name. Enter a current and valid e-mail address. Verify
that your e-mail address is correctly formatted, because
this is where you will receive correspondence relating
to your online exchange services.
In the password field, enter a password for your login.
Confirm the password by typing it again. Choose a password
that will be easy to remember and not easy for others
to figure out. Your password can only be alphanumeric
characters (letters and numbers) and cannot contain
any special characters.
In the Password Hint field, enter a hint that, when
displayed for you, will help you remember your password.
In the event that you forget your password, the hint
will be displayed to help you remember.
If you want to receive IntervalWorld.com's newsletter,
check the box. Select the "Submit" button to save this
information and proceed to the "Home Page".

Can
I create multiple accounts?
No. You can only have one profile per membership number.

Can
I change my membership number?
You cannot edit or change your membership number or membership
name. If you have questions regarding you membership account,
please contact the Membership Department via e-mail or
call us. To view Interval contact information, please
select the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page.

Can
I update my Profile (Web Registration)?
You can update the information in your Web Profile at
any time. From the top of the "Home" page, select the
"My Profile" link. The "Update Profile" page displays
your current membership and profile information. Select
the Edit button to update any membership information.
When you have finished updating your profile information,
click the "Submit" button. Your updated profile is saved.

Password |

What
should I use for my Password?
Your password should be easy to remember, but not easy
for others to figure out. Keep your password private.
Your password can contain alpha and numeric characters
with a minimum of 5 characters and a maximum of 10 characters.
Your password is not case sensitive.

What
is a "Password Hint"?
During the creation of your Web Profile, you will be asked
to provide Interval with a password hint. This hint should
be something that will help you remember your password,
in the event that you forget it. For example, if your
password is "Coakley," then your password hint could be
"mother's maiden name." Back

What
if I have forgotten my password?
On the login page, select "Forgot my password" link and
submit your membership number. Your password hint will
be displayed. If you still need help remembering your
password, you can have it emailed to the address on your
profile by selecting the "email it to me" link.

How
do I change my password?
Once you are successfully logged in, you can change your
password anytime. Select the "My Profile" link at the
top of the "Home" page. The "Update Profile" page displays
your current profile information. Enter a new password
in the required password fields.
Your password should be easy to remember, but not easy
for others to figure out. Keep your password private
and don't give it out to anyone unless absolutely necessary.
You should change or your password hint to help you
remember your new password. When you have finished updating
your profile information, select the "Submit" button.
Your updated information including your new password
is saved in your profile.
